While visiting Peru, the word Ancestral came across the way. From that moment, it resonated. So it was decided: that would be the name of Miski’s first beer.
Ancestral is a significant term since it pays tribute to rich traditions and heritage in different cultures worldwide.
Quinoa, for instance, the base of every Miski beer, comes from Peru, where the word Ancestral is culturally and historically meaningful since it represents quinoa to the people of the Andean region.
In the Canadian context, the word Ancestral is also a powerful symbol of the Canadian landscapes, which serves as the backdrop for creating Miski’s exceptional beverages.
In addition, Miski’s logo, which features a bird, represents both the condor and the eagle, two remarkable Ancestral creatures that hold special cultural significance in their respective regions.
