OUR STORY
Our story is deeply rooted in our appreciation for quinoa and the culture of the Incas in the Andes Mountains of Peru. As passionate beer enthusiasts, we recognized a lack of options for gluten-free beer in the market and saw an opportunity to offer a sustainable, clean beer with exceptional taste. In 2019, we partnered with Niagara College to bring this dream to life.
We faced many challenges along the way, but through our perseverance and the expertise of our collaborators, we were able to make it a reality. Miski Brewing is not just a business, we are a group of close friends and family members who share a common vision: to make a difference and push boundaries.
We are proud to be a company with big dreams. Our goal is to continue breaking ground and offering unique, high-quality, and environmentally conscious brews that everyone can enjoy. We pay homage to tradition while celebrating local flavours and ingredients, and we invite you to be part of our story.

Our promise includes running a sustainable operation, minimizing waste, and maximizing resources. In line with this commitment, we actively seek opportunities to donate surplus quinoa to local animal sanctuaries. Additionally, we repurpose the excess quinoa to be used in animal feed, promoting a zero-waste operation.
